Around the time I stopped posting Alexander had a febrile seizure. A full blown thrashing, choked, and turned blue seizure. My husband had to clear his airway and give him rescue breaths to get him breathing again. He has had six more since.

Alexander has decided that walking Is the way to go. He has not crawled all day. Instead he has been walking and trying to run. After a couple of falls while trying to run he slowed down to a walk again.
Due to everything that has happened in our marriage we have not had a lot of “fun family time”.
I had a mommy moment yesterday evening.
I had taken Alexander to grandma’s house for the weekend. All the way home I missed him more and more, to the point I almost went back to pick him up.
So I was listening to the radio the other day and the following song came on. I started laughing cause it sums up how I feel about the woman my husband cheated on me with.

Is it bad that I find joy in this song and truly do hope that seeing my face gives her hell? Cause I do…I hate that bitch.
We went to Alexander’s cousins first birthday party this weekend. This really made me realize that I need to get my butt in gear and get to work on his party.

I curse like a sailor, really my dad was a Navy man for years, and I curse in front of Alexander. Some people think it strange, some think it rude, and some just think I’m a horrible mom.

I have not posted in a bit because I have been on call for work. 24/7 work hours for a week straight. Needless to say I didn’t have time to post.
In case you didn’t know teething sucks. It sucks for your baby because they are in pain and up all hours of the night. It sucks for you because when they hurt next to nothing will console them and you are totally sleep deprived.
So in short teething sucks.
Also I have come to the conclusion that the calories in a slice of cake, eaten in the early hours of the morning, do not count.

We are taking Alexander to his first comic convention next weekend. I decided to make him a costume so he can get off to a good start with conventions.
He is going to be the 11th Doctor!
